Does Pop Beauty test on animals?

Pop Beauty does not test on animals, nor do we have any other parties, such as suppliers, conduct any animal testing on our behalf. Pop Beauty uses only the highest quality ingredients which have a proven safety record and are widely used in the cosmetics industry.

What is the shelf-life of my product?

The period-after-opening symbol, or ‘PAO’ symbol, is the best reference when determining if a product is still good to use. This symbol can be found on all of our products near the back or bottom of the outer packaging, and will have a written number of months or years inside the jar symbol. For example, it will state 12M or 12 months after opening. Pop Beauty products are always tested for stability. For best results though, please refer to the PAO on the packaging, and ensure the products are being stored in optimum, dry environments.


Can I update my order?

Our Customer Care team is unable to adjust the products on your order, and our processing time is rather quick! If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please reach out to us as quickly as possible to see if the changes can be made. Please note that in the event your package has already shipped, we are unable to cancel the order and the package will need to be returned to Pop Beauty to receive a refund.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but all orders need to be placed through our International site here.

How soon will my package arrive?

Most orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Once an order is shipped, it is typically delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on the delivery address.

Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking number is automatically sent to you once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or email our customer care team at

Are there shipping restrictions?

Some items require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. Therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Pop Beauty allows the return of any unopened, or gently-used product within 30 days of receiving it. If your product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund within 30 days.

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Care Team with your order number and your reason for return.

Please note that products used past the point of ‘gently-used’ will be returned back to the customer, and are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Please note that free gifts, promotional items, significantly-used products, incomplete sets, shipping fees or items purchased through other retailers cannot be returned.

How do I return an item that arrived damaged?

Please email our Customer Care Team with your order number and a photo of how the item arrived to you. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number, as well as our return address. When returning your product, please include the original packing slip. We are happy to refund you for your damaged product or send a replacement.

Can I return a product I purchased at another retailer?

While Pop Beauty cannot accept returns purchased from other retailers, we are happy to provide further insight, recommendations and tips on how to use the product for best results. Please email our Customer Care Team!

How do I enter a discount code?

You are able to enter your discount during the first step of the checkout on the cart page. When a code has been accepted, the offer will be displayed on the discount line. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
